About Me

When I was a little girl, I was always watching the ground. Not only because I was shy, but because there were beautiful colors embedded in the ground. I would snatch each and every rock that caught my eye, enamored by the treasure. Rock hounds who had far too many stones in their possession would share their bounty with me and with their help, I grew a nice collection. This collection became my treasure, moving with me through life.

I went off to school, graduated with my bachelor’s degree and met my sweetheart. On our wedding day, my father not only gave me away, he also handed my new husband a good size box of rocks and with relief overflowing stated that now, “they were his to carry around for me!”

That box of rocks has followed us through the years. It was hidden while we raised our family and when they were grown, my darling husband bought me a rock saw for Christmas - not realizing he had opened pandora’s box. That launched the purchase of a cabbing machine, a larger saw, affectionally called “the beast”, and many, many other machines and years of jewelry lessons at B Golden Studio in Salt Lake City.

Rock Candy Inspirations – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Rock Candy Inspirations for your handmade jewelry. Each piece is individually crafted with care, and we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or personalized orders (including size or stone requests)
Sale or clearance items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

3. How to Return

Email rockcandyinspirations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable, insured service.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

4. Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges & Repairs

Need a different size or a repair? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss options.
Minor repairs due to craftsmanship issues reported within 48 hours are complimentary.
